Superfood Vegan Smoothie

With the holiday season right around the corner, you’re surrounded around delicious holiday desserts loaded with calories, so switch it up this year and add a healthy smoothie filled with superfoods + unwanted calories. That’s what I created here to share with my followers - so that you can be healthy, and merry this holiday season. Eat your way to better health!




What is in this delicious + healthy superfood smoothie?

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups of water (you can use dairy-free milk or coconut water), 1 dragon fruit (skin peeled), one banana (remove peel), 1/4 cup frozen organic raspberries, 1 cup of frozen organic broccoli, 1 tablespoon coconut oil (unrefined extra virgin ), 1 tablespoon amla powder (Indian Gooseberry), 2 tablespoons hemp seeds, and 1 tablespoon flax seeds.


Tip:

You can top it with coconut flakes and organic frozen raspberries.


Directions: Using a high-speed blender (I use a Vitamix), blend ALL the ingredients until smooth. Serves 1-2
