FRUTTI TUTTI VEGETABLE SMOOTHIE (Vegan, Dairy Free, and Gluten-Free)
Changing the way you eat can lead to a better life for you and your family. The number one thing you can start doing today is making a healthy and nutritious smoothie. It's a simple way to boost your fruit and veggie intake and get the energy you'll need to start your day!
I always use a high-speed blender (Vitamix) and will start with 1 1/2 cups of liquid. You can use water, coconut water or dairy-free milk, such as hemp or almond.
Other ingredients: half cucumber peeled, a handful of green leaves (kale or spinach), one banana, one small orange, and a date. You can add flax seeds, hemp seeds and/or chia seeds...I like to add all three!
In a high-speed blender, add all of the above ingredients until smooth.
