Every woman is different, and which path will work best for you to reach your healthy lifestyle goals will depend not just on what you want to achieve, but on where you’re starting, and what your unique needs are. Whether you want to lose weight, increase your energy, or just feel more at ease in your body, I will help you find and use the tools that will best suit your body, your life, and your goals.

 

Here are some of the ways we can work together:

Private Yoga Sessions

 

Sometimes one-on-one attention can give you the level of comfort and individualized guidance you need to start a new practice or fast-track your progress. I offer 30 or 60-minute private yoga sessions to provide the highest level of personal attention and sequences tailored to your needs and experience level.

 

Private yoga sessions can be scheduled in the privacy of your home, in a park, or in a reserved space in the studio. They’re ideal if you are new to yoga, recovering from an injury, want to work on a specific yoga practice, or just want a completely personalized experience.

 

The benefits of yoga can be felt in all areas of your life as you gain self-awareness, improve muscle tone and strength, and increase your balance and flexibility. You’ll notice a difference in your performance and energy level, as well as the vitality you experience in your everyday life.

 

Personal Training

 

Exercise and conditioning are essential to a healthy lifestyle, but trying to figure out what to do and how to do it can raise a lot of questions.  Should you train with weights? Do resistance training? What’s the right balance between cardio and strength training? How do you stretch a hamstring, anyway?

 

I offer 30 or 60-minute personal training sessions to provide the specialized attention you need to answer these questions and start reaping the benefits of a smart and effective program 100% customized to you.

 

I’ll guide you in setting realistic goals and learning proper technique and form for maximum results and minimum risk of injury. As you lose weight you’ll gain muscle tone and definition, and increase your speed, agility, and endurance.

 

We can train together in the privacy of your own home, in a park, or reserve a spot at the studio.

 

Wellness Programs and Coaching

 

Programs and coaching sessions can be a great way to gain extra support, encouragement, and motivation at any point of your wellness journey. My offerings include:

  • Whole-Foods Jump Start Program: Choose a 5 or 10-day program.

  • Wellness Coaching Sessions: Choose 30 or 60-minute personalized sessions.

 

In my Wellness Programs and Coaching Sessions, I focus on giving you the knowledge you need to create lasting and positive change, and the perfect balance of inspiration and accountability to put that knowledge into action.

 

The Whole Foods Jump Start Program is designed to introduce you to the benefits of eating whole foods, and practical ways you can incorporate them into your life. Yes, that includes recipes!

 

My Wellness Coaching Sessions are a deep dive into your health story. We’ll take an honest look at where you are now, figure out where you really want to be, and set realistic goals to get you from here to there in a way that honors your body’s unique needs and potential.
