Have you ever felt like a less than healthy lifestyle was holding you back from living your life to the fullest?
I have. And for me, the impact was more than personal. As the mom of a special needs child, I need energy not only to support him in the best way possible, but to enjoy every single day with my bright, loving, and happy son.
I realized that I needed to make a change, so I began my journey towards a healthier lifestyle. To this day, one of the things I’m most proud of is my courage to start, and it’s something I celebrate now with each of my clients.
I worked on changing my mindset by shifting to more positive thinking, and that led to more positive action. I read constantly, surrounded myself with people in the wellness and fitness world, and hired a personal trainer to work with me twice a week. As my self-confidence grew, I began to eat better, and over time went from feeling out of shape and low-energy to living fully as a woman in love with her life and passionate about helping others transform.
But I’m going to let you in on a secret.
The only person I’ve ever changed is me.
Yes, I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. Yes, I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with 200 hours of training, a Penn State University graduate, and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I’m a twice published author, and women have trusted me with their wellness goals, fears, and dreams for over five years.
But every client I’ve ever worked with has been the architect of her own transformation.
Our work together is a partnership where I rely on my experience to understand where you are now, and my knowledge and skills to help you get to where you want to be. I listen, provide a safe and supportive space for your self-discovery, and tailor tools and techniques to help you connect with your own innate ability to be well.
I’m with you every step of the way with encouragement, motivation, and guidance, but when it comes time to celebrate, know that you are the one who claimed your own happiness.

As a holistic wellness coach, I love sharing how plant-based meals, smoothies, and fresh-pressed juices can make a world of difference in your health and energy level. As a trainer and yoga instructor, it thrills me to see my clients achieve their fitness goals in a healthy and balanced way that supports mind, body, and spirit.
But most of all, as a mom who’s been there, who’s found the courage to start and the resilience to keep going past setbacks and challenges, and who now thrives in the life I’ve created, I am overjoyed when I see that same light in my clients’ eyes as they reach their goals.
